Samir founded Medhaj Techno Concept Pvt. Ltd. in 2007 with the purpose of strengthening the Power Sector infrastructure in his mind. In a very short span of time after founding Medhaj he has received several recognitions and accolades for various contribution in the sector of Power and Infrastructure.
Samir has a strong preference for hiring engineers coming from rural background so that they go back to rural India to give back some fruits of their knowledge back to the place they came from.
Samir has been silently sponsoring education of innumerable girls whose parents cannot afford any kind of education. He is passionate about the fact that children of all his employees, including peons and drivers have access to education in whatever schools they choose.
